Description
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations and fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Implement and optimize operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve any fulfillment-related issues or complaints.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the fulfillment process.
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to meet operational targets.
- Coordinate with the product team to ensure inventory levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
- Report on operational performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment roles.
- Experience in scaling up operations in a scale-up is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
