Description
The contractor independently takes on work packages as part of the ATS implementation, e.g. designing custom fields, score cards, etc. A new ATS, Greenhouse, is currently being implemented and the old system, which is a corporate solution Avature, is being replaced.
- Taking over work packages related to the ATS implementation, e.g. defining score cards or custom fields while meeting deadlines
- Clarifying requirements
- Conducting market research
- Deriving best practices and recommendations
- Presenting results via PowerPoint, Excel, etc. while meeting deadlines
- Documenting all services and results via Excel
