Description
A company is looking for an experienced process optimization expert to analyze and optimize the bill-to-cash and bill-to-payment processes. The goal is to achieve a lean and efficient process design that harmonizes and optimizes existing process and IT landscapes. The expert will play a key role in the end-to-end view and the integration of I2P processes as well as banking and payment aspects.
- Analysis and optimization of the bill-to-cash and bill-to-payment processes
- Process documentation and modeling in Signavio, including target concepts
- Streamlining existing process and IT landscapes
- Evaluation and derivation of a harmonized target architecture
- Interface management between finance and adjacent areas
- Optimization of interfaces to procurement, payments, controlling, external accounting, and HR
- Integration of I2P processes as well as banking and payment aspects
- Subject matter responsibility for process logic and coordination with stakeholders
- Clear preparation and explanation of complex process contexts
Requirements
- Solid knowledge in process documentation
- System experience with Signavio (desirable)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic approach
- Willingness to travel to Munich, nationwide, and partially abroad
