Description
Mission:
- Support the Head of the RISK ORM (Non ICT) Department in ad-hoc and cross-functional projects
- Support the RISK ORM (Non ICT) team in improving processes, procedures, and tools
Tasks:
- Review and update the department’s procedures and processes for RISK ORM (Non ICT)
- Review and standardize templates used by the RISK ORM (Non ICT) department in their activities (controls, C&C, etc.)
- Review and update the presentation pack template for the Local Internal Control Committee
- Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Operational Risk Report (OR&C)
- Check and challenge (C&C) the cascading of group procedures into local procedures by the first line of defense
- Review the risk and process libraries in the context of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercise
Requirements
- Strong banking knowledge and relevant educational background, such as a degree in economics, finance, business management, or equivalent qualifications
- Solid understanding of operational risks and mitigation measures
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in banking and/or consulting
- Experience in leading or coordinating projects
