Description
An internationally operating and rapidly growing company in the eCommerce sector is looking for an experienced Program Manager for the rollout of an ERP system in the finance area.
- Lead and coordinate all phases of the ERP rollout project, from planning through implementation to follow-up
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the ERP system meets the company's requirements
- Continuously monitor and improve the ERP system after rollout
- Manage risks and resolve issues throughout the project
- Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in program management, preferably in ERP rollouts
- Detailed experience with finance processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or at a former scale-up like Zalando, AboutYou, etc. is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
