Advising the Portfolio Planning & Scoping team on working methods and organization
Preparing documents and templates in PowerPoint and Excel to manage the team's work packages
Content consulting and creating PowerPoint proposals to optimize processes and workflows
Documenting the RAITT program status in Jira & Confluence
Advising on optimizing the RAITT program status via meetings, documents, and discussions
Analyzing optimization needs in the planning organization and progress using Jira and Confluence analyses
Reporting RAITT program progress in Excel, Jira, and Confluence
Conceptual and strategic development of new automated processes for the work model in the Portfolio Planning & Scoping team, as well as challenging existing processes with a view to potential optimization and simplification.
Requirements
Data Analysis & Reporting: Confident use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and evaluation.
Presentation & Communication Skills: Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling presentations.
Agile Project Management: Knowledge of using Jira and Confluence for project organization and documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate different stakeholders and manage their requirements.
Project Management: Experience in planning, controlling, and implementing projects.
Marketing & Product Management: Knowledge of strategic positioning, development, and marketing of products.
Product Development & Innovation: Experience in designing, optimizing, and launching new products and innovative solutions.
Business Acumen: Ability to analyze economic contexts and make informed business decisions.
Demonstration Skills: Confident and persuasive presentation of products and solutions.
