Description
A company is looking for an experienced Product Owner/Project Manager who specializes in checkout systems in the brick-and-mortar POS/retail environment. The project's goal is to lead the further development and optimization of checkout systems, applying both traditional and agile project management methods. The team language is English, so excellent language skills are required.
The role includes leading projects, organizing and structuring workflows, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Kanban is essential, as is experience in brick-and-mortar retail and checkout systems.

Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience in project management (traditional & agile)
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Kanban
- Experience in brick-and-mortar retail/checkout systems (not online checkout!)
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
- Excellent English (team language), at least B2 German
Nice-to-have:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Hungarian or Turkish as a bonus
