PMO for Data Privacy Initiative at a Telecommunications Company (m/f/d)

Looking for a PMO for the data privacy projects of a telecommunications company. The goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient, and targeted implementation of projects and initiatives within the data privacy area and to act as a liaison between the business units and the agile team.

• Responsible for the active monitoring and management of the annual planning: continuous monitoring and adjustment of annual goals and projects to ensure compliance with set timelines and resources.
• Reporting and documentation: creation and maintenance of documentation and presentations.
• Management of appointments and training, organization of meetings, and coordination of workflows. Skills in document management and information organization.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry or in a consulting role focused on data privacy.
• Communication skills: excellent ability to communicate with both the data privacy team and other stakeholders.
• Teamwork and collaboration: strong ability to work in teams and promote a positive team environment.
• Problem-solving skills: ability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Attention to detail: high accuracy and focus on details, especially important when dealing with data privacy topics.

• Experience with tools (e.g., Jira) for project tracking and documentation.
