Description
As part of a digitalization project at an energy provider, we are looking for several (Junior) Management Consultants:
Support the CDO Office and coordinate the various initiatives
Structure the different work packages
Track the progress of various project activities
Prepare status reports and presentations
Establish goals within the organization
Support the OKR implementation
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a management consultant in a consulting firm
Experienced in working with OKRs. Very strong consulting toolkit, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in PMO and skilled in creating market and competitive analyses
Confident presence and strong communication skills
Experienced in interacting with various client contacts – from client-side project management to project team members and business stakeholders
