Description
Project goal: Ensure a successful and on-time sales launch of a new e-vehicle in several waves to meet the CO2 interval targets from 07/25 to 06/26.
Ensure a solid project setup, consistent project management standards, and quality
Create and maintain project plans and proactively monitor project progress
Optimize PM methods, processes, and tools to improve work results
Advise and support sub-project managers as a project coach
Support project managers and teams, for example, by coordinating and moderating workshops and meetings
Prepare and follow up on steering committees in coordination with project and sub-project management
Requirements
Several years of practical project management experience in the automotive sector
Ideally experience in e-mobility
Ideally PM certification
Experience with common agile and classical project management methods and tools
Solution and business orientation, leadership skills, and team and conflict management abilities
Independent work with a high level of initiative and responsibility
Very good communication, cooperation, moderation, and presentation skills in German and English
