Description
Goal Of The Project: Support the Endpoint Management team by co-managing OS & software deployment as well as change/patch management for the physical and virtual desktop infrastructure and mobile devices.
Role Overview: A company is looking for a committed individual as an IT Systems Developer in the Endpoint Management team. In this role, you will co-manage OS & software deployment including change/patch management for the physical and virtual desktop infrastructure, as well as mobile devices like MDEs and smartphones. Your customers are employees from all departments of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate recurring internal IT tasks and processes
- Gather new requirements and successfully implement them
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd level support in the described areas
Requirements
- Completed IT-focused training (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows system administration
- Advanced experience with Active Directory and PowerShell
- Ideally experienced with deployment software like Empirum, MS Intune, MaaS360 or Soti
- Self-reliant, team player & independent
