Management of a strategic digitalization project in a hospital network, e.g. the implementation of a new HIS or an electronic patient record (ePA) according to KHZG.

Requirements
- Must-haves:
- Several years of experience leading IT projects in a clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical processes.
- Experience with HIS/ePA implementations.
- Solid project management knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Nice-to-haves:
- PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification.
- Knowledge of KHZG and HL7/FHIR.
- Personal qualities & mindset:
