Description
A company is seeking support in setting up or optimizing a structured funding controlling process for municipal energy, infrastructure, or digitalization projects. The goal is to increase efficiency and transparency in the use of funds and ensure compliance with funding rules.
The role includes identifying suitable funding programs at EU, federal, and state level, supporting application submissions, fund drawdowns, and preparation of usage reports. In addition, a monitoring and reporting system (e.g., in Excel) should be set up to compare project plans with funding requirements. Advising on processes and interfaces such as accounting and project management, as well as training internal teams as needed, are also part of the tasks.
