• Finance and accounting: Many years of experience (more than 18 years) in international financial reporting in medium and large international companies as well as in residential construction companies. Preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB/IFRS and according to the regulations for Austria, Switzerland, Spain and the UK. Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA according to IFRS and HGB.
• Controlling: Over 15 years of experience in budgeting, cash flow planning and control as well as project controlling. Analysis and reporting of monthly and quarterly figures to management. Advising on deviations.
• HR: About five years of experience in building and leading an HR department, setting up and implementing a second management level and the resulting personnel development measures.
• Projects: Realignment and reorganization of a commercial department, implementation of ERP and CRM systems. Setup of departments and cost centers. Introduction of compensation, career, and bonus systems. Implementation of leadership modules as well as MAG and seminar catalogs. Process optimization through the development and introduction of quality standards. Execution of company mergers. New company setups in Spain, the UK, and Russia.
