Preparation of annual financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, and in accordance with regulations for Austria, Switzerland, Spain, and the UK. Implementation of SAP S/4HANA under IFRS and HGB.
• Controlling: Over 15 years of experience in budgeting, cash flow planning and control, and project controlling. Analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly numbers to management. Advising on variances.
• HR: About five years of experience building and leading an HR department, establishing and implementing a second management level, and related staff development measures.
• Projects: Realigning and restructuring a finance department, implementing ERP and CRM systems; establishing new departments and cost centers; introducing compensation, career, and bonus systems; launching management modules as well as MAG and seminar catalogs; optimizing processes by developing and implementing quality standards; managing company mergers; and founding new entities in Spain, the UK, and Russia.
• Miscellaneous: Advising management on process optimizations, company formations (including abroad), and staff development measures, as well as investment decisions. Leading workshops on conflict resolution and change processes.
