Description
- You are responsible for operational planning, execution, control, and implementation of projects in the CRM context
- You oversee the project from start to finish, keeping track of progress, the way project members work, the budget, and the timeline
- After project completion, you take over their rollout or ongoing operations and ensure continuous development
- You also create, optimize, and expand CRM campaigns across various marketing channels, including regular analysis of CRM KPIs
- You work closely with the sales team as well as the global team in Italy and the international counterparts from our country divisions to ensure the successful implementation of CRM measures
Requirements
- You have initial work experience in a similar role in marketing, (analytical) CRM, or marketing performance
- You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
- You have knowledge of best practices, processes, and tools in marketing and CRM, as well as loyalty programs in highly customer-focused organizations, preferably in a retail environment
- You have prior experience monitoring brand KPIs and working with data and analytics
- You bring experience in agile and traditional project management
- You are fluent in German and English and have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
