Summary
As a graduate industrial engineer with more than 15 years of experience in leading and controlling complex IT and infrastructure projects, including several PMO assignments in large companies and in the public sector, I look back on a professional career that fits the requirements of your SAP S/4 program both in content and in method. My expertise includes governance implementation, resource and risk management, KPI-based reporting, stakeholder communication up to C-level, as well as building and running PMO structures based on established standards (including PRINCE2, PMBOK, Scrum, SAFe).
I am currently leading the document management governance project at Deutsche Telekom Geschäftskunden GmbH. There I was responsible for migrating the DMS from ImageMaster to SharePoint under the highest security requirements, developing and introducing an optimized process concept, creating and managing a detailed project plan with MS Project, and coordinating all stakeholders up to go-live.
