Goal: Digitization and implementation of CCD2 requirements within the Consumer Finance systems.

Analysis, identification, and assessment of business requirements, as well as their transfer into technical implementation requirements. Coordination and status reporting of the various requirements. • Capture and analyze stakeholder needs to define clear requirements and make sure the new website meets user expectations.

Responsible for Commercial Finance in the Central Europe region (DACH and Poland), reporting to the EMEA Commercial Finance Director. Monthly financial reporting, forecasting and variance analyses, evaluation of promotions and special campaigns, management of planning processes including budgeting, as well as preparation of QBR materials up to CFO level. Took over functional leadership of the Finance team following the absence of the position holder.
