- Phonesis Voice Bank — voice archive for families, hospices, and cultural archives (guided recordings, inheritable archive, optional voice cloning); currently in the GDPR compliance phase (Art. 9, biometric data).
- Multi-Agent Development Process — 12+ specialized agents (architecture, implementation, security, refactoring, marketing) with structured handoff protocol, parallel execution, and automated quality assurance — powers the entire product development.

Summary
20+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Business IT Consultant, and Rollout Lead in complex enterprise transformations (MES, ERP, AML/compliance) — including 8 years in production and shopfloor environments at Mercedes-Benz. I bridge the gap between business, IT, and implementation and make sure complex solutions go live in a stable way, even under time pressure and in politically sensitive environments.
Since October 2025, I have been following a second, complementary path as an AI Product Builder: building my own AI products under the Neckarshore AI brand, backed by a self-designed multi-agent development process (12+ specialized AI agents, structured handoff protocol, parallel execution). This combines enterprise experience in requirements, testing, and rollout management with hands-on AI engineering (LLM integration, prompt engineering, full-stack implementation).
