To lead the technical migration of SAP systems from a data center to RISE and Azure, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Role

A company is seeking a Technical Project Lead for an ongoing project involving the relocation of data centers and the migration of SAP systems. The role requires a strategic thinker with experience in similar projects, capable of coordinating multiple teams to meet ambitious timelines.

Coordinate various teams (team size of 50 project members) and business units to ensure delivery performance.
Implement smart and innovative solutions to achieve project goals within the timeline.
Manage cut-over weekends as part of a 5-day workweek commitment.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and technical understanding.
SAP modules used: 50% ERP, rest mixed: HR, SCM, EWM, BO, PO
Proven experience in SAP migrations and testing.
Ability to coordinate a large project team (approximately 50 members).
No specific certifications required, but relevant experience is essential.
Hands-on mentality not required; focus on strategic leadership.
