Senior Tax IT Analyst (m/f/d)

• Creating specifications and solutions for local German tax requirements as well as project-related steering
• Taking into account the Fénix program and its interfaces to various upstream systems and related transformation programs (e.g. RAITT, TechFuel, OnePayroll)
• Independently developing detailed fine specifications for local interfaces and system adjustments based on business requirements
• Preparing functional documentation (e.g. in Jira) for tax-relevant elements such as reporting requirements, master data, tax codes
• Focusing on the end-to-end process view within Telefónica-specific system and process environments
• Independently setting up appropriate conditions for testing
• Developing test concepts and relevant test cases to validate deliverables within agile work methods
• Comparing test results with business requirements
• If necessary, creating defects, tracking them, and conducting and documenting system acceptance tests
• Focusing on end-to-end consideration, taking into account over 60 systems including mappings and enrichments along the system chains

• Solid knowledge of German tax law, especially in the context of tax-relevant ERP/system implementations
• Experience in specifying tax-relevant requirements (e.g. tax codes, reporting logic, master data structure)
• Familiar with transformation projects in a corporate environment with heavily regulated processes and high integration needs
• Understanding of complex end-to-end process architectures with interfaces to Payroll, Procurement, Finance, and Tax

System & Project Knowledge

• Experience with large transformation programs (e.g. Fénix, RAITT, TechFuel, OnePayroll) and their system landscapes
• Practical experience in creating functional and technical specifications in tools like Jira, Confluence, ALM
• Confident in system validation, test automation, and integration testing in highly interconnected system landscapes

Testing Competence

• Experience designing and implementing test strategies including defining and executing end-to-end test cases
• Know-how in defect tracking, regression testing, and documentation within agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Ability to derive testable requirements from complex tax and technical specifications

End-to-End Process & Data Understanding

• Ability to view over 60 systems holistically, focusing on data flows, mappings, validations, and data enrichments
• Experience analyzing and designing tax-relevant system chains, especially in relation to local adaptations
