Due to ever-increasing user numbers of an IT system it is necessary to adapt the structures and processes of the application and its further development to the new requirements and also accommodate personnel growth. Therefore, we need support in project management:
- Advising the team on the further development of existing structures, procedures and work environments
- Advising project staff on documentation, presentation and transformation
- Promoting the team's self-organized workflow and ensuring optimal conditions for the team to achieve the agreed goals
- Early identification of impediments and risks to team performance or goal achievement and advising on their removal through appropriate measures
Requirements
- Scrum Master know-how with certification
- Practical experience in the project manager role
- Several years of professional experience in a project management environment
