Description
- Development, optimization and support of fine blanking processes for thin aluminum sheets
- Analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes in aluminum stamping
- Close cooperation with development, production and quality teams to ensure the highest precision and efficiency
- Process validation and implementation of continuous improvement measures to ensure stable series production
- Selection and support of suitable tools and machines for the fine blanking process
Requirements
- Completed technical degree or comparable training with a focus on manufacturing engineering, forming technology or metalworking
- Several years of professional experience in fine blanking, ideally focused on aluminum
- Solid knowledge in handling thin-walled aluminum sheets and their processing properties
- Experience in battery module production is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and a high level of initiative
