Description
German telecommunications network operator is running an enterprise-wide IT and organizational transformation program. Various departments are involved and are coordinated by an overarching PMO. The PMO consists of a small team.
- Organize, structure and facilitate status meetings/presentations at management level
- Track progress of various project items
- Independently familiarize yourself with different project areas
- Develop and implement concepts (e.g., support internal communication initiatives, change management, and coordinate scope management)
- Handle ad-hoc requests from project stakeholders
- Support onboarding processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a PMO / project manager
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- IT and telecommunications know-how is a plus
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Hands-on, communicative, and quick to grasp new concepts
