Project management for the implementation of an online platform:
- Clear definition and implementation of the project scope.
- Analysis of training requirements and their documentation in #Jira and #Confluence
- Definition and specification of the analyzed training requirements as well as their documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Advising the Training Development Managers on creating training content in #Adobe Cativate, #SAP SF
- Technical advice to the Training Development Managers regarding bug fixing during the hypercare phase
- Facilitating and managing status calls, sending invitations with #MS-Teams, creating the agenda in #Word, and taking minutes in #Word
- Consulting business units, development teams, and external partners in #German and #English
