Description
- Requirement management for new and existing products within customer purchasing processes
- Technical product management for complex IT development projects
- Functional description and specification of new tariffs, options and bundles
- Detailed analysis, design and functional description of the future tariff portfolio through the RAITT project as well as booking processes, especially regarding EECC
- Definition of target processes / coordination with interfaces, stakeholders
- Formulating target requirements as business user stories
- Identification and evaluation of optimization opportunities
- Agile workshops with developers
- Creation of a specifications document regarding the technical requirements of the defined units for new tariffs, options and bundles
- Expert advice to the B2C division in defining, creating and evaluating complex business and technical requirements, especially considering time, quality and budget
- Coordination of external requirements and delivery units
