Description
- Operational support for the largest telecommunications partner for fixed network and mobile products, i.e. marketing of FTTH plans as well as mobile SIM-only plans
- Scope of topics from business case modeling to contract design, negotiating end-customer benefits, launching new products, managing the internal sales booking system to area planning (FTTH expansion)
- Product management for existing partner products (telecommunications sector)
- Conceptual and operational management of partnerships through optimal support and relationship development
- Requirements management for IT implementation of new partners or products/offers
- Interface to sales, controlling, and IT
- Creation of business cases and profitability calculations; monitoring and reporting of projects
- Ensuring account profitability
- Internal interfaces: Operations, IT, Training, Sales, Legal, Controlling
- External interfaces: partner support
Requirements
- University degree (at least Bachelor) in economics/business administration or a related field; business informatics background is a plus
- At least 2 years of professional experience in product management at a telecommunications company or related industry
- Expert with classic consulting skills (numerical understanding, structure, negotiation...); also strong in execution
- Experience in telecommunications
- Experience in product management, project management, process management, and sales control is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, resilience, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and intrinsically motivated personality, team player
- Broad toolkit – Microsoft Office, presentation skills, business case/analytics, conceptual techniques, process optimization, negotiation, SQL a plus
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills
