Description

Our client, a major supplier for commercial vehicles and trains, is looking for an experienced IT project manager with in-depth knowledge in Application / Asset Management & Securing.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and enhancing governance structures for a compliance-aligned, company-wide Application / Asset Management in line with the overall IT strategy
  • Designing and implementing control and monitoring processes to ensure governance requirements
  • Developing training content and e-learnings for Application Owners
  • Defining KPIs and reporting around Application / Asset Management
  • Establishing and optimizing risk management processes for Applications and Assets
  • Supporting software standardization and consolidation projects in the Application portfolio
  • Assisting centralization efforts for widely distributed Applications
  • Conducting IT security assessments of the entire Application portfolio
  • Part of an Application Governance team that acts as the central point of contact and advisor for Application / Asset Management across the group

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT projects with a focus on Application Management / Asset Management
  • Several years of experience as an IT project manager in international contexts
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and solving IT governance challenges and establishing effective governance structures
  • Advanced understanding of compliance, software asset and license management, IT security and data protection, business and IT processes
  • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Confident handling of large data analysis (Excel, Power BI)
