Description

Our client is a telecommunications company. The "GPON Integration" program aims to enable G-/XGS-PON technology end to end for the customer. This company-wide implementation is the result of this program. Both residential and business customers will be served by the technology and the product.

This project involves professional and methodological consulting for gathering requirements and providing the necessary projects to implement GPON technology in the company to complete all projects up to the final deployment of XGS-/GPON. All projects contribute to a parallel target concept for GPON integration. The necessary analysis of the projects required in the program context is supported by methodological expertise, communication, systematics, structure, and organization.

Completion of requirements and target concepts
Methodical and technical design of the projects necessary for GPON (Engineering/ Planning/ Deployment/ Operation/ Procurement/ Sales)
Completion of all active and passive network components
Development of processes and automation of the implementation
Consulting for product development
Optimization of IT and tool processes
Taking security requirements into account

Requirements

Expertise as an IT project manager
Experience in telecommunications (and fiber optics)
Experience in project management
Very good knowledge of Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Planner
Excellent communication skills
