Description

For an innovative retail company we are looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Manager (m/f/d) to support an IT transformation project. Project goal:

Implementation of the processing paths for non-stock items for the retailer
Achieve scalability in the first shipping model SSD by the end of 2023
Analysis and implementation of HUB/Depot cross-dock

Tasks: The client is transforming its processes and systems of the "non-stock items" (dropshipment) fulfillment model. Your task is to plan, steer and control the implementation for certain fulfillment processes. In particular:

Requirements engineering in collaboration with the business unit and the IT product teams
Supporting the business unit in creating user stories
Collaboration and alignment of requirements with the IT product teams
Scheduling of implementation and tracking progress
Moderating workshops for process definition with the business unit and the IT product teams
Close cooperation with program management, migration management, other IT project managers and test management

Requirements

Project management experience
Strong analytical skills
Experience in process analysis and design
Good moderation/facilitation skills
Knowledge of agile software development
Solid skills in Jira, Confluence and Miro
Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Advantageous: Retail and/or eCommerce experience
Communicative, cooperative, but also assertive
Highly organized and goal-oriented
