Description
For an innovative retail company we are looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Manager (m/f/d) to support an IT transformation project. Project goal:
- Implementation of the processing paths for non-stock items for the retailer
- Achieve scalability in the first shipping model SSD by the end of 2023
- Analysis and implementation of HUB/Depot cross-dock
Tasks: The client is transforming its processes and systems of the "non-stock items" (dropshipment) fulfillment model. Your task is to plan, steer and control the implementation for certain fulfillment processes. In particular:
- Requirements engineering in collaboration with the business unit and the IT product teams
- Supporting the business unit in creating user stories
- Collaboration and alignment of requirements with the IT product teams
- Scheduling of implementation and tracking progress
- Moderating workshops for process definition with the business unit and the IT product teams
- Close cooperation with program management, migration management, other IT project managers and test management
Requirements
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in process analysis and design
- Good moderation/facilitation skills
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Solid skills in Jira, Confluence and Miro
- Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advantageous: Retail and/or eCommerce experience
- Communicative, cooperative, but also assertive
- Highly organized and goal-oriented
