Intranet Implementation & Setup Consultant (m/f/d)

The client is looking for a technical consultant for the implementation phase of the chosen vendor. Once the tasks below are completed and the intranet is fully operational, their involvement will end. The tasks include:

B.1: Establishing Access: Set up the connection between the company's user directory and the selected vendor, so users can access the new intranet. The company's user directory supports SAML or OpenID Connect standards. We use OneLogin and Microsoft Active Directory.

B.2: Intranet Repository: In some cases, the vendor will need to set up a SharePoint site or folder in the company's domain where the solution will store and retrieve content elements like text, images, videos, etc.

B.3: Implement Out-of-the-Box Integrations: The company uses many tools. To boost intranet adoption, avoid duplicate work, and keep information consistent, we need to set up these out-of-the-box integrations: SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Outlook, and OneDrive. There is also an integration with Salesforce, but it’s not required at this stage.

• Experience setting up and implementing SaaS intranet models (must have)

• Experience with MS 365, SAML or OpenID Connect standards, OneLogin, Microsoft Active Directory, and Slack (must have)

• Strong project management skills (must have)

• Hands-on mindset since the consultant will do the actual setup (must have) Language: English (must have), German (nice to have)
