Description
An SME is looking for an experienced interim IT manager to take on project responsibility and operational IT leadership. The focus is especially on supporting the rollout of the ERP system Comarch ERP Enterprise. The project is scheduled to go live on October 1, 2025 and requires short-term support due to the illness of the previous IT director.
The role does not include direct staff management but does involve mentoring an IT apprentice. The goal is to successfully drive the company's IT transformation and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, ideally in SMEs and IT transformation initiatives
- Solid knowledge of operational IT responsibilities
- Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) in the context of ERP systems and logistics
- Proficient handling of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Proven experience in selecting, implementing, or migrating ERP systems, preferably Comarch ERP Enterprise
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing projects and provide short-term support
