Description
For a client in the field of innovative software solutions, we are currently looking for an Interim Senior Group Accountant (m/f/d). The company's current focus is on internationalization, value-oriented integration of acquisitions, professionalizing structures, and further developing products and business models.
- Independently handle financial accounting
- Prepare and produce individual and consolidated financial statements
- Liquidity planning and management
- Manage tax matters and act as liaison with external tax consultants
- Continuously optimize accounting processes for individual and group statements and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Support the financial integration of new partner companies and work on other finance projects
Requirements
- Completed training as an accountant (m/f/d) or at least a comparable qualification
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in financial accounting (individual and consolidated statements)
- Solid knowledge of annual financial statements and group accounting
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and tax regulations
- MUST: ELKOM system experience
- Team player, reliable, and precise working style
