- Identifying issues and quickly prioritizing and implementing improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as an interim plant manager with a focus on lean management and shop floor management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills (5-why method, Ishikawa method, etc.), and the ability to handle complex situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
