Description
The company has been working successfully with a strategy and performance program for 2 years. Implementation is done using OKRs and classic projects. An internal Program Management Office (PMO) of 5 people coordinates and organizes the established processes and aims to make the program participants successful in execution. The client needs support 4-5 days a week (partly on site, partly remote) because some PMO members rotate to other positions within the company and a new Head of PMO only starts in the summer.
- Lead a PMO team and onboard a new PMO Head mid-year
- Take on operational tasks as a PMO member (supporting 4 strategic modules and their leads; that means about 50 OKRs or projects)
- Assist in planning and executing the transition from one half-year implementation sprint to the next
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in consulting and project management
- Solid (methodical) knowledge of project management/PMO principles and practices
- Strong hands-on experience in setting up and managing OKRs
- Proven experience in setting up and managing large enterprise programs
- Experience leading teams and coordinating large groups
