Description

  • Main target: peel to heel de-escalation of the logistic management department (reaching non-escalation level)
  • Leading annual stock taking (between Christmas and New Year’s Eve)
  • Ensuring raw material availability acc.to customer EDI forecast demand
  • Active support in SAP implementation (user level is needed)
  • Define and implement internal logistic processes (1st priority is the warehouse)
  • Reporting in crisis situation as Tier1 representative to OEMs
  • Leading the P&L Department (40-50 people)
  • Working on a strategic level and operative level, quick decision making to improve the KPI targets
