Description
- Support in preparing and following up on payroll
- Participation in maintaining master and transaction data in HR systems (e.g. SAP / SuccessFactors)
- Support in administrative HR processes along the employee lifecycle (entry, transfer, exit)
- Point of contact for employees and departments on operational HR and payroll topics
- Participation in ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations as well as related legal frameworks
Requirements
- Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration in Germany
- Very good knowledge of German income tax law and related statutory contribution rules
- Experience with common HR systems, ideally SAP and/or SuccessFactors
- Very high accuracy, diligence and a reliable working style
- Short-term availability for a fixed-term project assignment
