Description
- Support with the preparation and follow-up of payroll processing
- Participation in maintaining master and transactional data in HR systems (e.g. SAP / SuccessFactors)
- Support in administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
- Point of contact for employees and departments on operational HR and payroll topics
- Support in ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations as well as related legal requirements
Requirements
- Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration in Germany
- Very good knowledge of German income tax law and related statutory contribution regulations
- Experience with common HR systems, ideally SAP and/or SuccessFactors
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and reliable way of working
- Immediate availability for a fixed-term project assignment
