Requirements
- Several years of experience and expertise in value stream mapping, with a deep understanding of business processes and their optimization.
- Proficiency in the Polaris tool, including its features, applications, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting interactive workshops and training sessions to explain complex concepts clearly and enable practical applications.
- Ability to adapt workshop content to the specific needs and goals of participants, delivering customized solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, and to motivate and engage participants.
