Description
Our client is a social network company in the heart of Hamburg and is temporarily looking for an Email Marketing Expert to support the CRM team.
- You provide project-based support to the CRM team in Email Marketing and job alerts
- You are responsible for operational and implementation-related tasks as well as stakeholder management with the marketing and product teams
- You ensure adherence to the project timeline
- You help develop the CRM mechanism together with the product team
- You create templates, write email copy, ensure the user flow, test, and implement
- You are in charge of performance monitoring and optimization
Requirements
- You have solid experience with CRM and Email Marketing in the B2C sector Ideally, you have experience with automated user journeys, engagement strategies, and user lifecycle management
- You have experience with CRM tools, ideally Braze
- You can work with data and analyze campaign performance
- You work with attention to detail to ensure the quality of email communication before sending
- You have business fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
