·Acquire new customers in the defense and robotics target markets using existing prospect lists ·Expand the current customer base in the defense sector by developing concrete customer projects ·Strategic potential analysis of the robotics segment (markets, customers, applications) ·Generate leads and hand them off qualified to the existing sales team ·Build and maintain networks for more efficient key account management ·Evaluate long-term market opportunities as a basis for strategic staffing decisions
Requirements
·Technical or commercial education (mechanical engineering, business administration or equivalent) ·At least 10 years of experience in an industrial B2B environment (product development, technical sales, business development) ·Business fluent German and English skills ·Expertise with highly complex products and technologies ·Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented sales mentality ·Ideally experience with electronic, RF, power supply, or optoelectronic systems in the defense market
