·New customer acquisition in the target markets of defense and robotics using existing prospect lists ·Expansion of the existing customer base in the defense sector through development of concrete customer projects ·Strategic potential analysis of the robotics segment (markets, customers, applications) ·Lead generation and qualified handover to the existing sales team ·Building and maintaining networks for more efficient key account management ·Assessment of long-term market opportunities as a basis for strategic staffing decisions
Requirements
·Technical or commercial training (mechanical engineering, business administration, or equivalent) ·At least 10 years of experience in an industrial B2B environment (product development, technical sales, business development) ·Fluent German and English skills ·Expertise with highly complex products and technologies ·Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented sales mentality ·Ideally, experience with electronic, RF, power supply, or optoelectronic systems in the defense market
