Goal Of The Project: To develop and manage effective advertising campaigns that promote our haircare brand, increase brand visibility, drive engagement and boost sales.
Role Overview: We are a fast-growing startup in the haircare industry that needs to increase brand visibility online and offline. We're looking for a savvy Advertising Manager who can craft a powerful advertising strategy and manage our ad campaigns, ensuring they align with our company goals and brand image.
- Develop, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Monitor and manage our advertising budget
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide reports
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Work closely with our creative team to develop engaging advertisements that meet the brand's guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Advertising Manager, particularly in a startup environment
- Knowledge of various ad platforms and how to optimize them for conversion
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills
- Creative thinking with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
