Christian Michael (Michael) Mzyk-Project Lead, Process Specialist for M&A (PMI)

Mr. Mzyk is an IT generalist with decades of IT expertise in various industries. He is a certified test specialist and Scrum Master, and is also recognized by VEGS e.V. as an IT expert witness.

In the project management field, he is Prince2 Foundation certified.

His thoroughness and precision make him an expert in every IT sector he works in, with a broad view and an understanding of the bigger picture.

As a Scrum Master and facilitator of Scrum meetings, his calm and socially skilled way helps build trust within the team and transparency in the project.

Mr. Mzyk preferably works in large corporations and, as an IT (interim) project manager with staff responsibility, reports project status to C-level management and boards. He prepares project status presentations for Steering Committee meetings.

His focus is, among other things, on PMI (Post-Merger Integration) of business processes and IT landscapes after corresponding M&A activities of the client.

On a voluntary basis, Mr. Mzyk is also involved in the BSI IT Baseline Protection++ pilot project. This is a new version of the BSI Information Security Compendium (Federal Office for Information Security).

Mr. Mzyk is also active in the German Society for Organisation and has taken over the leadership of the Cologne/Bonn regional group there.
