Christian Michael (Michael) Mzyk - Project Lead, Process Specialist for M&A (PMI)

Mr. Mzyk is an IT generalist with decades of IT expertise across various industries. He is a certified test specialist and Scrum Master, and is recognized as an IT expert by VEGS e.V.

In project management, he holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certification.

His thoroughness and precision make him an expert in any IT sector he works in, with an eye for the big picture and an understanding of the whole.

As a Scrum Master and facilitator of scrum meetings, his calm and socially skilled manner fosters trust within the team and transparency in the project.

Preferably, Mr. Mzyk works in large corporations and, as an IT (interim) project manager with personnel responsibility, reports project status to C-level management and boards/executive committees. He prepares project status presentations for steering committee meetings.

His focus includes PMI (post-merger integration) of business processes and IT landscapes following clients' M&A activities.

In his spare time, Mr. Mzyk volunteers, among other things, in the pilot project of the BSI IT-Grundschutz++. This is a new edition of the BSI's IT security compendium (Federal Office for Information Security).

Mr. Mzyk is also active in the Society for Organization, where he has taken on leadership of the Cologne/Bonn regional group.
