• Designed and negotiated the data strategy with key stakeholders and obtained sign-off from the board (strategic consulting) – including regulatory advice on data regulation in the EU and specifically in Germany. The data strategy includes: Data Lifecycle Management: data capture, data storage, data usage, data retention policy, data quality incident management
