Description
- Advising on gathering, prioritizing and defining requirements as well as documenting them in German and English in Jira and Confluence within the Retail organization in the Buy Tribe, and determining development sequence.
- Advising on defining Business Requirements and epics in the Retail Sales & Service Frontend area as part of the Buy Tribe feature planning.
- Advising departments, development teams and the RAITT project organization and coordinating external partners in German and English.
- Advising departments and the RAITT project organization and coordinating external partners on blueprinting, epic qualification and testing in German and English.
- Leading the correct testing process of Business Requirements and epics in Jira and Confluence.
- Advising SMEs, UI/UX designers and business analysts.
- Advising the channel lead on prioritizing and documenting the defined epics.
Requirements
- Experience in requirements analysis: Solid knowledge in gathering, prioritizing and defining requirements as well as documenting them in Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of the retail environment: Experience with processes and requirements in retail sales & service, especially within the Buy Tribe.
- Experience in requirements management: Ability to define Business Requirements and epics and include them in feature planning.
- Experience working with departments, development teams and external partners: Ability to coordinate and align with different stakeholders.
- Knowledge in blueprinting, epic qualification and testing: Advising and supporting departments and the project organization in these areas.
- Experience in test management: Ability to lead and manage the testing process for Business Requirements and epics in Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of UI/UX design and business analysis: Collaboration with SMEs, UI/UX designers and business analysts.
- Experience in prioritizing and documenting epics: Supporting the channel lead in planning and documentation.
