Description

  • Designing and developing retail-specific business processes and their documentation structures

  • Advising the Channel Lead on gathering, prioritizing and defining business processes in the context of omnichannel retail

  • Advising on gathering, prioritizing and defining high-level requirements, and documenting them in German and English in Jira and Confluence within the retail organization across tribes (Buy, Product, Inlife, Leave and Partner Tribe)

  • Advising on defining high-level business requirements for Retail Sales & Service Frontend as part of cross-tribe feature planning

  • Preparing decision papers in #PPT following the Channel Lead's guidelines

  • Advising the Channel Lead on prioritizing and documenting the defined requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in process design within the retail sector: knowledge of developing and documenting retail-specific business processes, especially in an omnichannel and cross-tribe environment.

  • Experience in requirements management: ability to gather, prioritize and define business processes and high-level requirements in the retail context.

  • Knowledge of omnichannel strategies: understanding of cross-channel processes in the Buy, Product, Inlife, Leave and Partner Tribes.

  • Documentation and modeling skills: experience creating documentation structures and using Jira and Confluence for requirements documentation in German and English.

  • Knowledge in Retail Sales & Service Frontend: experience with business requirements and their impact on cross-tribe feature planning.

  • Preparing decision papers: confident use of PowerPoint to create decision papers according to the Channel Lead's guidelines.
