Description

For our client in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Experience with (large) development teams in project environment
Coach team towards SAFe / agile mindset, values, roles, behavior, self-organization, events and frameworks
Communicating need for and supporting correct sizing of agile teams
Teach problem-solving techniques, help the team manage interpersonal conflicts
Help the team focus on daily and iteration goals in the context of the current PI objectives

Requirements

Proven experience as Scrum Master (SAFe)
Automotive Experience is a plus
