Description
The project focuses on the comprehensive review and optimization of systems and data processing within a telecommunications company. The focus is on analyzing existing and newly introduced applications as well as personal data flows throughout the entire customer lifecycle. The goal is the secure and efficient processing of data and the optimization of requirements and documentation processes.
Concrete tasks & services:
- Review and assess enhanced and new systems in terms of data protection and technical processes.
- Capture, prioritize, and structure requests, including documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Advise on gathering, prioritizing, and defining requirements, especially features, epics, and requirements from data protection, process, and technical perspectives.
- Enable internal teams to use the documentation through clear process overviews and targeted knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Prioritizing and handling feature requirements in the data protection / compliance context
- Experience as a Product Owner & IT project manager
- Telecommunications experience
- JIRA/Confluence admin experience
- ERP system experience
- Business informatics degree, due to the combination of IT & digital environments
Relevant experience:
- Project management in the digital IT sector
- Experience as a business analyst
- Coordinating cross-functional requirements across the customer lifecycle
- Managing backlogs
- Experience in developing IT platforms
