Project Manager Supportive Functions (m/f/x)

Creating transparency around the location of central and decentralized supportive functions, starting with a focus on finance. In the second phase, the approach will be established and rolled out across all supportive functions. Analyze the service portfolio, tasks, activities and functions of relevant supportive functions. Identify the assignment and requestors, and the respective tasks assigned. Merge analysis results and create a comprehensive map.

• Prioritize and refine the supportive IT business models in their current state
• Develop process and project goals together with the responsible parties, acting as sparring partners for process areas and for specific solutions
• Refine the IT business models for an overall understanding of the current supportive functions
• Identify and engage stakeholders
• Create interview guides and task/service surveys
• Schedule interview appointments with POs and AMs of the supportive functions
• Identify, describe, analyze, optimize and document existing business processes of supportive functions as well as current business models in terms of solutions/adjustments to move from the current to the target state
• Bring stakeholders together and drive information exchange
• Conduct interviews with identified stakeholders
• Conduct follow-up interviews with service recipients (including online surveys if needed)
• Create evaluation matrix and target model "Map"
• Compare interview results with cluster POs, management board, etc.
• Provide methodological advice to the client on process-related (architecture-strategy) ITK processes within the topic area, their further development, and highlight improvement opportunities for the existing architecture
• Consolidate results into an aligned outcome structure
• Create transparency regarding resource allocation, tasks, services and user satisfaction across all finance supportive functions
• Select and evaluate suitable approaches and methods from the technology stack
• Carry out the conception and planning of the operational design
• Analyze and document core results for further detailing and interpretation and create action proposals
• Analyze business requirements for ITK systems and their processes and derive, develop and design technical implementation options

• Experience leading strategic IT integration & process analysis projects at top management level with process and roadmaps (strategies)
• Project management know-how
• Excellent and repeatedly proven practical knowledge of consulting methods, especially in process analysis & supportive function evaluations
• Experience focusing on optimizing workflows & process implementations Nice to have
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into development work as well as in operational support/organization
• Experience both in analysis and operational implementation as well as in managing change implementations
• Problem-solving/work organization know-how
• Consulting & presentation to top management, including slide design
• Ability to independently carry out and manage complex consulting projects in the field of process and/or organizational projects, transformation or change projects
