Note: Consultant must join project acquisition / scoping call:
A leading international beer group is looking for an experienced OKR and change management specialist. The company produces and distributes a wide range of beer brands worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and guiding the related processes.
- Develop and implement OKRs
- Guide the related processes
- Conduct change management to ease the introduction of new processes
- Work with various teams to ensure OKRs are effectively implemented and monitored
