A company in the field of decentralized ventilation systems is looking for an experienced Odoo CRM expert to implement and customize Odoo CRM and the sales module.
The goal is to map the sales processes efficiently and train an internal project team member so that she can work independently with the system in the future.
- Setup and customization of Odoo CRM and the sales module
- Development of efficient workflows (Lead → Quote → Order)
- User roles and permissions management
- Setup of custom fields, filters, and dashboards
- Support with data import
- Training of the internal project team member
Requirements
- Odoo experience (preferably Community version v16/v17)
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes in a technical environment
- Structured work approach and strong communication skills
- Teaching skills for knowledge transfer
- Optional: knowledge of migrations, automations, and module enhancements
