Description
- Strategic planning and management of the company’s financial policy
- Oversee financial accounting, controlling, treasury, and investor relations
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure sustainable growth
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Optimize cash flow, liquidity planning, and capital structure
- Lead M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Work closely with the CEO and the board on investment decisions
- Report to the supervisory board, shareholders, and external stakeholders
- Implement risk management and compliance guidelines
- Manage financial processes across international production and sales sites
- Introduce digital financial solutions (e.g. ERP systems, business intelligence tools)
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- Several years of experience at automotive industry as Manager / Director of Finance
- In-depth understanding of production, supply chain, and sales processes
- Experience with international corporate structures and global markets
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (HGB and IFRS)
- Proven track record in financing, restructuring, or scaling businesses
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills; negotiation proficiency
- Affinity for digitalization, automation, and innovation in finance
- High Knowledge of Mexican law
